In my years of design research, I have found recruiting research participants to be one of the biggest challenges and Ashley has been most integral to this effort. Her ability to find even the most niche target audiences—from forklift drivers to building managers, and so on—has been extremely beneficial for the studies I've conducted and directed.

Ashley is detail-oriented, well-spoken, resourceful, and dependable especially when solving recruit challenges. Simply put, Ashley is brilliant. I work as a qualitative researcher in the design industry, and for any project may be searching for "extreme" perspectives, people who may be outliers in the bell curve, or have very specific walks of life. Often times I am looking for them anxiously because I needed to have interviewed them yesterday. Without fail, Ashley has helped me with all of this and has been communicative, clear, professional, and urgent.

Specifically, Ashley has helped me with recruiting people, yet also has worked with me to modify the screener by which to find them, put together a team of recruiters to make this job easier, and has managed all of the behind-the-scenes logistics. Her skills and personality transform even the most hectic, multi-faceted projects into smooth and easy experiences for everyone involved.

Ashley and I worked closely together on numerous research projects with challenging recruit needs. In those efforts, her initiative and outside-the-box thinking was a critical asset. Our research delivery team could confidently hand over recruiting needs for Ashley to largely direct on her own, designing and reviewing screening criteria, tracking progress, and communicating with external recruit partners.
