  • Telephone Number (Work, Cell, Home, Fax)

  • In certain instances, we may ask to see a copy of a Driver’s License for identity validation. Social Security numbers are collected only if required by a governing body (e.g., W9/1099 forms for individuals collecting more than $600 in a calendar year).
  • Data that does not identify you personally, like general demographic details.

Insight Recruit will never collect or ask for credit card numbers or specific account-identifying financial information.
